TSO Academy was born from the real-world experience of founder Jeff Beeler, who began trimming trees off roofs in 1992 as a solo operator. What started as a handsaw and grit evolved into a full-scale tree care company launched in 2000, which Jeff grew to 38 employees in under seven years. Through firsthand experience, he mastered what it takes to build, scale, and eventually step back from daily operations while maintaining a thriving, profitable company.

Now, through TSO Academy, Jeff and his team are on a mission to help other tree care company owners achieve that same success—and more.
